3gm ghee

150gm lauki

20gm onion

15 gm dalia/broken wheat

40gm tomato

5gm garlic

Chopped coriander leaves

Method

Step 1

In a pressure cooker, add ghee, cumin seeds, chopped garlic & onion. Saute well. Add chopped lauki, tomato and spices (turmeric, red chilly & coriander powder)

Step 2

Add dalia and mix well. Adjust salt and add water as required. Pressure cook for mins

Step 3

Garnish with coriander leaves.
