heat ghee in a pressure cooker. add a bayleaf (optional) once ghee is heated
add all veggies and sauté for a while
Add the pre soaked rice and dal to the cooker. close the lid
Let three whistles get completed. Then turn off the flame. once cooled down, enjoy the meal 😁
