Coriander leaves 200 gms
Soya chunks flour 30 gms
Besan 50 gms
Ghee / Oil 12 gms
Garlic cloves 10 gms
Green chillies - 3-4
Spices - Cumin seeds, Turmeric, cumin seeds powder, Coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste
Wash and chop the coriander leaves roughly
Crush the garlic, green chillies and cumin seeds into a mortar pestle roughly
Add gms oil / ghee to kadai and once hot add garlic chilli paste to it
Saute till it turns brown lightly
Add chopped coriander leaves and saute for - minutes
In a bowl mix soya flour, besan, and spices together add water to it to make slurry
Once coriander is sauteed add the slurry and keep stirring continuously
Keep cooking while stirring till the mixture almost dries and leaves the sides of kadai
Cover it and cook for another - minutes
One way to check if it's done is the mixture should not stick to your hands
To a greased plate add the mixture and let it cool down a bit so that you can handle it
Put together the dough and flatten it with hands
Once cooled down completely cut in square or diamond shapes
Grease a pan and roast the wadis from both sides
