20 g khoya ( milk solids)
5 g almonds
2-3 Cardmom
Kesar strands
Stevia / sugar free
In a heated pan , boil milk.
Add milk solids ,and mix it well.
Let it boil , till it thickens. Now add almonds , khoya , few Kesar strands.
Let it boil for few mins , now add saffron, Cardmom.
Let it cool down , now add sugar free stevia / sugar free as per your taste.
You can serve it hot or chilled ( as per your wish)
