2) salt
3) turmeric
4) coriander ginger garlic paste
5) pepper powder

gm chicken/mutton wash it gently put in the pressure cooker.
add masala to mutton, / tbsp salt, / tbsp turmeric, / tbsp ginger garlic, coriander paste, / pepper powder, gm ghee.
mix all ingredients together and turn on the gas (keep it on medium flame) cover pressure cooker with normal lid, (not lid of pressure cooker) cook for - minutes.
after cooking - minutes take off the normal lid and put pressure cooker lid, cook it till two whistles.
Serve hot khara boti in a bowl/plate as snack or starter.
