100g besan (50g for pakode and 50g for kadhi)
200g yogurt/curd
10ml oil (5ml for pakode and 5ml for tadka)
Water
Salt
Red chili powder
Baking soda 1/4tsp
Jeera
Mustard seeds/rai
Hing/asofoetida
Make a thin batter of gm besan, water, baking soda, red chili powder and salt
Make small pakode in appe pan with ml oil. I used non stick appe pan, hence used only ml oil
Make kadhi with the remaining ingredients
Add pakode to hot kadhi. Give tadka to the kadhi and enjoy with roti or rice.
