Dry Spices - Salt, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Red Chilli Powder
Ginger (1”) + Garlic (2-3 cloves) + Green Chillies (2-3)
In a pan, heat olive oil, add onion petals and diced capsicum and sauté on high till the texture becomes little burnt. At this point add paneer cubes and the dry spices and lower the flame. Sauté for minutes. Make a fine paste of tomatoes, ginger-garlic, green chillies and add it to the pan. Keep on sautéing till the oil separates. Garnish with fresh coriander.
