Add oil in kadhai, add chopped chilly, garlic & ginger, saute it till raw smell disappears
Add half slit baby potatoes
Add oregano, chilly flakes, turmeric, salt, crushed Coriander seeds, lemon juice, mint leaves. Fry it & add water, let it cook at medium flame
Garnish with oregano, mint leaves & lemon wedges
