Mlix all purpose flour(maida) with mentioned measured water ,mix it well to avoid any lumps, add salt. season it with gm oil, mustard seed let it splatter, add chopped whole red chilli and cumin seeds.
Non stick pan is very essential because we need very less oil, that is the remaining gm oil. let the pan become hot ,coat little oil with brush and sprinkle mixture on pan at the center, cover the lid, cook on both side .
Chutney ...Roast ground nut , garlic,red whole chilli on a pan .No oil needed. Grind this mixture with little amchr powder, salt and water. Chutney is done.
