Soak the chickpeas overnight.
Pressure cook with some clove and cinnamon sticks.
Finely grind the sesame seeds and add some olive oil to it. It’s called a tahini.
Now take the pressure cooked chickpeas and grind it into a fine paste. Also, add the tahini to it. Add olive oil as per your needs.
You can add the cumin powder, garlic, lemon juices and salt in the above step as well.
Sprinkle some oregano, parsley, paprika.
Your hummus is ready.
