Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 3/4th cup
Wash and Soak the chickpeas overnight. Cook the chickpeas in a cooker until soft. Roast the sesame seeds on a pan. Add boiled chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic, oil, water, cumin and salt pepper and lemon juice and blend it all together until you get a thick creamy paste. Garnish with some oil and chilli powder and coriander.
