Hot Garlic Sauce 20 gm
Add oil to the pan . Add small onion (cut into pieces) and chopped garlic and saute until onion is translucent. .add chopped veggies (i used Brocilli,bell peppers) and saute for - mins. .add salt ,black pepper, soy sauce,vinegar and Hot Garlic sauce (approx gms) and cook for mins . Mix i tea spoon of corn flour in water and add to above mixture . Add Paneer . Serve hot with Steamed rice & garnish with Spring onion and sesame seeds.
