50 g wheat shevaya (I used homemade, u can use any)
100g Mixed vegetables
15g peanut
7g oil
Dry roast shevaya till its lightly roast, then add oil to pan, add jira, rai, onions, green chilli, mixed vegetables and any other vegetables of ur choice ( u can also add chota chunks or dal also) and cook it well till vegetables cooked properly, then add spices of ur choice, salt then add water double of shevaya quantity and let it boil once it is boiled add roasted shevaya to it and it it cook till whole water gets absorbed, cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for min and ur shevaya is ready. I made for breakfast but u can make for lunch or dinner also and can add soya chunks and dal and make it like chichdi and enjoy hot with ghee if it’s in ur macros.
