Whey Isolate - Unflavored - 30 gm Organic Dates - 20 gm Sliced Almonds - 12.5 gm Pumpkin Seeds - 12 gm Steel Cut Oats - 80 gm Unflavored Cocoa - 1 tbsp
) In hot water, keep the dry oats for - min and then using food processor grind it up to make thick paste by using little hot water ) Now mix all the ingredients with adding slight hot water into a dough, this can be using a food processor or knead by hand ) Take a baking tray and use a parchment paper on bottom and put the mix and using a flat spatula cover up all the tray and keep in deep freeze for hour and cut into equal pieces and store in refrigerator. I make days worth of it and enjoy the freshness by refrigerate. This is my post workout or pre workout meal which is loaded with perfect protein and complex carbs and healthy fats. PS: I avoid using milk here because we can’t refrigerate for more days.
