Ingredients

400g chicken breast (Shredded)

200g veggies of your choice (I used 100g carrot and 100g capsicum) (Finely chopped)

bread crumbs (4 bread slices more than half is used to make the mixture and rest to cover it)

Ginger and garlic paste (as per your taste)

Salt, dhaniya powder, red chili powder and anardana (as per your taste)

Method

Step 1

In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it all. Make a small ball give them a shape and cover it with bread crumbs.

Step 2

In an air fryer, place the patty and cook it for mins on ° Flip it and cook for another minutes. Tada, it is ready. 😍😍 PS. if they are frozen keep them out for about minutes to defrost or cook for an extra five minutes in the air fryer.
