50gm Peas and Capsicum
100gm Cauliflower (Grated)
Add gm ghee to the pan and let it heat. . Add zeera , hing and cook for sec. . Add onion and Capsicum and cook it till golden brown. . Add Powdered soya chunks (don't use granules or soya flour) and roast for - mins on low flames. . Add grated cauliflower and roast it for - mins. . Add boiled peas and cook for mins. Add all the powdered masalas( Chilli, coriander, jeera) and pav bhaji masala. . After roasting for min add little water and mash all the veggies with masher or a spatula. Cook for - mins . . Add grated paneer and mix. Serve with pav and add butter( additional Calories)
