Whey protein scoop - 30 grams
Whole egg - 1
Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder - 10 grams
Milk - 3 tbsp
Baking powder- 1/4 tbsp
Pinch of salt
In a microwave safe mug (Get a big one) add whey, cocoa and baking powder and mix well. Then in another bowl break an egg and add milk and beat it well. Then add the wet mixture in to the dry mixture (little by little) and mix it really well until the consistency looks like a cake batter (if it’s too dry, add some milk & if it’s too wet, add more whey—-don’t forget to adjust your macros 😊). Pop the mug in to the oven and cook for sec and you got yourself a yummy treat (centre is gooey and rest should be fluffy). Enjoy it hot, it tastes heavenly 😇. If you have some calories left, add fruits (berries/banana) or cream or even nuts. I had it plain.
