Green Gram (Sabut Moong) - 30 gms
Ghee - 15 gms
Spices: Cumin seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Amchoor (little bit of each)
Salt - as per taste
Wheat Flour - 65 gms
Carom seeds (Ajwain)
Soak daal overnight
Take water in a pan and soul daal in it for - mins till it becomes soft. Drain excess water and let it cool
Grind the boiled daal coarsly
Take half ghee in a pan and add all Spices, salt, coarse daal and roast the mixture till it becomes completely dry
Mix aata with Ajwain and rest of ghee. Add some salt and make a tight dough with little water (dough like poori). Put it aside for mins
Divide dough into equal parts. Make poori out if each with thick center and thin sides
Put the masala at the centre of the poori and seal it by closing from all sides. Press with hand to give flat shape and again roll (with belan) slightly
Pre heat the over at C. Keep Kachoris inside for mins. Turn the Kachoris mid way to bake both sides. Enjoy hot with Coriander chutney
