Palak - 50gms
Green peas 60 gms
Potato - 60 gms
Ghee - 8 gms
Coriander, Ginger, Green chillies - as per taste
Spices - Cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, piri piri mix - as per taste
Curd - 100 gms
Blanch spinach and drain the water. ( For blanching procedure you can check my previous recipes)
Add gms ghee to pan and heat it
Add cumin seeds and ginger green chilli paste and saute for a minute
Add Green peas and blanched spinach
Saute till moisture is evaporated
Let the mixture cool down
Once cooled add to blender and grind to coarse mixture while adding coriander leaves. Don't add water.
Add grind mixture to bowl. Grate the boiled potato in the bowl. Add all spices and mix properly.
Form kababs of round shape
Add remaining ghee to pan and shallow fry kababs from both sides
In a bowl add ghee and add piri piri mix to it and stir evenly.
Serve kababs with curd piri piri dip and chillax š¤©
