Boil water and add noodles and salt and leave noodles in hot water. Heat tsp oil Add veggies and salt and sauté for two minutes on high flame Add vinegar and soy sauce Add noodles and tofu, oregano and chilli flakes and stevia/ sugar free Sauté for one more minute. Garnish with some coriander.
