Guilt free Besan laddoos

Ingredients

Besan - 50 gms

Ghee - 25 gms

Sugar free - 7 gms

Elaichi powder 1 tsp and pinch of turmeric

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to pan and heat it

Step 2

Once it's hot and melted add besan and roast gradually on low flame

Step 3

Keep the flame low all the time and keep stirring continuously. This is the most difficult phase just keep stirring else besan can get charred and it will turn Laddoos to be bitter in taste.

Step 4

Once the besan has changed its colour slightly add turmeric and elaichi powder and keep stirring

Step 5

Swicth off the gas and add sugar free and mix it properly

Step 6

Once the mixture cools down start forming Laddoos. It's very easy they just get formed quickly.

Step 7

Keep them in fridge for minutes or so to set.

Step 8
