Multi grain bread slice 2
Avocado 20-25 gms
Garlic one clove
Coriander 2-3 strands
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Onion 25 gms
Tomato 25 gms
Coriander mint chutney 2 tbspns
Ghee/butter/Olive oil 5 gms
Green chili 1 piece
Crush coriander, garlic, green chili and make a mixture . Take avocado and crushed mixture in a blending jar, add some lemon juice, salt as per taste and give it a blend until avocado becomes a paste. . Do not add any water. . Take the avocado mixture in a bowl and add finely onions and tomatoes to it. . Take bread slices, add coriander chutney at one side and some butter on the other side. . Add the avocado mixture to the coriander chutney side of the bread. . Grill the sandwich for few minutes. . Cut the sandwich into half and serve it with green chutney.
