Ingredients

Chicken Drumstick 350 gms

Ghee 25 gms

Ginger garlic paste

Onion - 1 big

Tomato - 1 big

Whole spices - cardamom (2) , cinnamon stick small (1), Cloves (2), star anise (1/2) , 1 bay leaf

Jeera powder, coriander powder , turmeric , salt, Garam masala , chicken masala , chilli powder

Chopped Coriander 20 gms

Kasuri methi roasted 1 tps

Method

Step 1

Clean the chicken and cut the chicken skin. In Kadhai add the ghee and whole spices , sauté for mins then add the chopped onion and green chilli. Fry till onion becomes brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste , fry for mins , add the chopped tomatoes , fry for a min . Add the chicken and spices. Fry till ghee gets separated from masala. Then add warm water and cover. Let it cook for mins. In between check the water level and stir once so the masala won’t stick into the Kadhai. Add kasuri methi and chopped coriander , stir for mins in high flame . And Ghee chicken is ready .
