Grate radish and carrot and squeeze to take out the water .Pour ghee in pan and add green chilli raddish and carrot mixture add haldi ,red mirchi powder ,amchur ,garam masala and salt .Saute the mixture till it dries out .Keep the mixture aside to cool .Knead dough for Paratha .Roll the dough and fill the stuffing to make paratha .Roast the Paratha on tawa with ghee .Gajar Mooli ka Paratha is ready !! For Chutney- . Grind tomatoes with green chilli and - pieces of garlic . In a pan add ghee ,add rai and pour the mixture let it simmer for minutes and add salt .Tomato Chutney is ready
