Carrots- 200gm Milk - 250ml Almonds- 10gm Ghee - 5gm sugar free- To taste
Wash and grate carrots. .Put carrot with ml milk and ml water in pressure cooker and wait till whistles . . Shift steamed carrots in big pan add remaining milk and let it cook on high flame . . Keep stirring till the time carrots are soft and dry . . Add sugar free and nuts to carrot and let it cook for sometime. . At last add a spoon full of Desi ghee and cook for another min. Your gajar ka halwa is ready if you have some extra calories in your plan you can increase the quantity of nuts and ghee .
