Carrots 250gm milk 500ml Ghee 10gm Raisin 5 gm Dryfruits (as much as you are allowed) Splenda or any other Sugar free :- 150gm( as per your taste)
Wash and Grate carrots. fry it in ghee. Boil the milk and once it is boiled ,put carrots in it. put it on medium flame and let it cook for minutes..Once the milk is dried put Sugar free Now add raisin or all the Driftuits.... Remove it from gas and enjoy it.. This will be almost to servings,you can adjust it in your weekly calories..
