Ingredients

2 Whole eggs

2 Bread

10 gm of any oil/butter/ghee

Coriander Leaves if you like(optional)

Method

Step 1

Take the whole eggs in the bowl, Add spices, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves (optional), Mix it well with fork or spoon.

Step 2

Cut each bread in two pieces. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture.

Step 3

Hit the pan with gm of oil. Fry both sides of dipped bread on the pan.
