20gms peanuts
one small finely chopped onion
one small finely chopped tomato
2 boiled eggs (no yolk)
1tsp Tamarind & mint sauce (honey, tamarind, lemon vital ingredients)
Dry Masala- chatmasala, coriander powder, amchoor, haldi, jeera powder, chilly powder, salt
1 tsp ghee
Garnish- Cilantro, pomegranate seeds, grated beetroot
Dry roast foxnuts in a pan. In another pan/kadhai add ghee and saute peanuts. Once they are properly roasted add dry masalas and salt as per your taste. Make sure the flame should be low. Add roasted foxnuts and mix well. Transfer them to a bowl and add grated beetroot, onion, tomato, pomegranate, roughly chopped eggs and sauces. Mix it well and garnish with pomegranate, cilantro, lemon slice and eggwhites! This recipe serves . p.s. You may add sweet potatoes, sev as per your requirement. Exclude eggs if needed.
