Rolled Oats - 70 gms (approx. 1 cup)
Aata - 40 gms (approx. 1/2 cup)
Plain yogurt - 80 gms (approx. 4 spoons)
Egg - 1
Banana - 1 (preferably ripe)
Butter - 30 gms
Milk - 180 ml
Jaggery Powder - 8 gms (approx. 1 spoon)
Cinnamon powder, Vanilla Essence, Baking soda / Eno - 1 pinch
Dry roast the oats in a pan (be careful as it can burn within a minute once roasted on high flame) and then make powder in a mixer
To the oats powder add all the things listed above except milk and butter. Mix everything properly
Start adding milk slowly and keep whisking using a whisker. Try to keep good consistency, not too thick and not too runny mixture
Heat a pan at medium flame and out a dallop of butter. Spread the paste and cook while keeping a lid on the pan. Keep cooking till it starts getting off the pan easily and turns brownish. Put more butter on uncooked side and reverse the pan cake. Cook the other slide similarly with a lid closed.
Enjoy hot pancakes with more butter, honey and shredded pistas (not part of macros mentioned)
