#PahadiPaneerKebabs Preparation Soak samak rice for - hours and drain water completely In mixer add dhaniya, pudina,ginger, black pepper, salt ,cinamom, green chilli and grind into paste In a bowl mix, samak rice, paneer and above paste and mix it properly If it is wet to bind into tikkis then add sighare ka atta else shape it into tikkis and cook it on low flame in ghee from both sides Serve it hot with chutney or tea
