Paneer 100gms
Mango whey 1 scoop
Mango pulp 100gms
Mango pcs 50gms
Ghee 5ml
Skimmed milk 30ml
Kesar and elaichi powder as per taste
Stevia 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Heat ml ghee in a kadhai, add milk and paneer.
Mix for a minute and then add mango pulp.
Saute for - minutes and then add whey and elaichi powder.
Add stevia and Saute for another few minutes until desired consistency is reached.
Now transfer the mixture in a serving dish.
Garnish with mango pieces and kesar and pista.
Keep in refrigerator for hours and serve cold.
