75gm boneless tilapia
60gm potato
10gm oil
30gm onion
0.5tsp ginger garlic paste
3pc biscuit or 1 bread
Boil potato and boneless fish and drain. Mash them together.
In a nonstick pan, put gm oil. Once hot, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, mashed potato and fish mix, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add chilly powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala. Mix all together and make a dry batter.
Once cooled, mould them into your desired shape.
Crumb biscuits (or toast bread and then make crumbs) and keep separately.
In a bowl, put egg white and add salt in it.
Roll the croquettes into the beaten egg white and then into the biscuit crumbs. Keep these refrigerated for mins.
After mins. heat remaining oil in the pan and shallow fry these croquettes. serve hot with ketchup or mustard sauce.
