Take g buckwheat flour and g paneer and mix two-three tablespoons of water to make a dough. Mix thoroughly. You can mix a bit of rock salt.
Take a Aluminium foil for making Paranthas. Don't use oil/ghee. Just spread on Tawa, It will have good oil content due to paneer.
For veggie take g ghee and put some green chilies as per taste, put small tomato and g poatato together. You can take more as per your macros.
When it's cooked for - minutes, add a little bit of water, rock salt, put a lid and let it cook on low flame for - more mins.
If the consistency is as per preferences switch it off and add some lemon juice. If not. cook with open lid for some more mins. Switch off and add lemon juice. Tastes amazing.
