Ingredients Poha 40 gm Peanut 5 gm Whole eggs 2 Ghee 10 gms Onion 25 gm Mustard seeds 1tsp Jeera 1/2 tsp Beans 30 gm Carrot 30 gm Green chilly 1 Salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder as per taste.
Take a pan, put gms ghee, put eggs, add a little salt to it and make scrambled eggs. Keep aside. Take gms of ghee in another pan, add mustard seeds and jeera, then add onion and let it cook, then add other vegetables and cook in slow flame. Put peanuts and sliced green chilly to it. Then add washed poha to it and mix well. Add spices and few drops of water. At the end add the scrambled eggs and serve hot.
