Spices and Salt
Put some ghee(gm) in a frying pan. Add some cumin and raw spices.
Saute some onion till it turns golden brown. Add some tomato.
Add some spices (turmeric, red chilli, coriander, black pepper and salt. Roast the spices well.
Once done, add half to one glass water and bring to a boil.
Once the water starts to boil, break the eggs slowly in different places. Let it cook for few minutes.
Once the egg gets cooked, slowly turn it to cook the other side.
Let it cook for - mins. Close the flame and sprinkle some chopped coriander.
Your egg masala is ready.
