Egg - 2
Ghee- 5gm
Milk low fat - 100ml
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Zero calorie sweetener- 3-4 tablets
Saffron strands- a pinch
Yellow food color - 3-4 drops
In a blender or mixer, add all the ingredients except ghee and churn it until you get nice foam.
Heat ghee in a skillet, add the above mixture and cook at simmer. Stir it continuously for about - minutes or until ghee separates from the halwa. This is the key step that you need to continuously stirring and scraping it or it will turn into scrambled one.
Garnish with saffron strands or nuts of your choice. Enjoy Sunday binge! 😋
