Method

Step 1

Boil rice potatoes & peas in a pressure cooker.

Step 2

Sauté onion garlic and tomato in a separate pan with spices of your choice. I added bay leaf,cinnamon stick,cardamom, star anise,clove and black pepper.

Step 3

Mix rice and sauté vegetables together

Step 4

Add boiled eggs
