3 Whole Eggs boiled and cut into cubes
200 g potato boiled and cut into cubes
200 g cucumber cut into cubes
100g tomato cut into cubes
30 g onion cut into cubes
For Salad dressing - Mix 5 g extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt to taste, pinch of black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy! PS - If you dont like your salad smeared in egg yolk like mine š¤ please mix all the ingredients except eggs first and then add the eggs and gently toss.
