Step 1

Start your day with healthy dry fruits oats apple smoothie ... easy to make & filling too .. specially after workout..

Milk - as per choice / th cup oats almonds unsalted pistachios dates walnut black resins slice of dry fig

Step 3

Soak all the dry fruits hot water for an hour .. Take a glass of chilled milk , add oats, apple & soaked dry fruits & grind it. Garnish it with grated pistachios & almonds... the smoothie is ready to serve.
