Bread - 2 Slice
Cheese Slice - 1
Cheese Cube - Half
Vegetables - Onion, Capsicum
Salt
Coriander Mint Chutney (optional)
Pepper
Mix finely chopped vegetables with grated cheese.
Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Apply green chutney on one slice.
Add the stuffing on top of bread slice.
Put cheese slice over the top and put another bread.
Grill the sandwich until done.
