50g taro
120g rigde gourd
20g cowpea pods
10g tomato
40g pumpkin
5g ghee
5g ginger paste (home made)
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp cumin powder
5 coriander leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp asafoetida
Boil together all the cut vegetables, dal along with ginger paste, salt, turmeric powder and asafoetida for about odd minutes
Make a tempering with ghee, cumin powder and mustard seeds and put the boiled ingredients from above into it and stir to mix well
Put the coriander leaves on the final product to garnish and that's all!
