Dal(of ur choice): i used toor dal:50gms NOTE: SOAK DALIA AND DAL IN HOT WATER for half an hour
Ghee : As per /within your macros
Vegetables :200gms
Paneer : For garnishing(within your macros): i used one small dice of paneer
Cumin seeds
Green chillies (optional)
Garlic(optional)
STEPS: . Heat cooker . Add oil and wait till it gets heated . Add cumin seeds and finely chopped green chillies and add finely chopped garlic . Saute well . Add chopped vegetables . Stir and saute well . Wash dalia and dal and add it to cooker : Add : water . Pressure cook for whistles . If you have added more water pressure cook for whistles . Wait till pressure is completely gone . Serve in bowl and grate some paneer for garnishing Dalia khichdi ready
