Rice (raw) - 40gms
Moong Dal (raw) - 50gms
Veggies - 200gms (chopped)
Butter/Ghee - 10gms
Salt and Spices to taste
2.5 Cheeze slice (optional)
Step - Cook rice and dal together in a pressure cooker. Step - Cut all the veggies into small pieces. Step - Mix all the cooked khichdi and veggies together in a bowl and add salt spices to taste. Step - Bind the mixture together to make a ball, ensure the mixture is non-sticky. Step - Heat butter on a non-stick pan, gently slide the them one after other. Flip them and fry on both the sides until golden and crispy. Step - Serve hot with cheeze slice on top. Ps- The thicker the consistency of khichadi the better.
