Dahi 50 grams

Tomatoes 2 ( 80 grams )
Ginger garlic paste (5 grams)
Oil 10 ml
Heat oil in a pan, add few sprigs of curry leaves and a tsp of cumin
Now add fine chopped onions and sauté for a minute, add ginger garlic paste and cook for one more minute
Add tomatoes, salt , grams garam masala , pinch of turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook for - minutes
Add cups of water and bring it to boil, then add curd and stir well
Cook it for - more minutes and add papad broken in pieces ( microwave papad for seconds)
