Any Dal ( Prefered Matar Dal - Split Peas) - 50gm
Oil - 10gm
Soak the dal for - hours in water.
Rinse the water from the daal and make a thik paste.
Add chopped onion, cumin seeds and spices as per your choices into the paste.
Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Make flat balls from the paste and fry it for - mins.
Flip the balls and fry the other side for another mins.
And it's ready to be served hot.
