butter - 5 gm
Boil pasta in boiling hot water ,drain and keep it aside.you can little salt if you want .
To make pasta sauce, put avocado, lime juice, salt as per taste, garlic cloves, chilli, parsley or fresh coriander , tsp ollive oil in a blender. Make paste and then mix it with boiled pasta.
Chicken in marinara sauce - cut chicken breast into small pieces and keep it aside. Cut oinion in to small pieces and mince the garlic. Marinara sauce is a classic quick tomato sauce usually made with tomatoes, garlic, herbs, and onions. Adjust garlic as per your taste.Now in a pan add butter when it is little hot. Then add, minced garlic cloves and onion ,fry a little for minutes.Then add chicken pieces, salt,sautee for - minutes. Add tomato puree ( home made, make paste from medium tomato) and mix for - mins.you can add stevia for mild sweetness. Put this on top of pasta mixed with avocado sauce. Garnish with grated cheese ... Your pasta is ready ...
