Chicken -100g Ghee -10g Rice - 50g (raw) Onion-50g Cucumber-100g Baby corn - 75g Mushroom-100g Curd - 75g
Elaichi-1, Bay leaf -1.
Condiments- Salt, red chilli powder and haldi, biryani masala.
Marinate the chicken for atleast half hour with ginger garlic paste, hadli and red chilli powder. Soak rice for mins in water. . Add ghee to cooker, add bay leaf, elaichi, chopped onions. . Cook for mins on high then add haldi and red chilli powder. . Take the chicken pieces and add that to the cooker and mix all well. . Now add mushrooms and baby corns, cook for mins. . Add the soaked rice to the cooker too, now add one glass of water around -ml until the rice and chicken looks soaked under water. . Now add salt as per taste. and tbsp chicken biryani masala. . Close the cooker lid, wait until whistles l, now switch off the gas and wait till the steam is out of the cooker. . Your cooker biryani is ready to eat. Raita - Take curd add chopped cucumber to it, sprinkle some red chilli powder and rock salt. Happy eating š„³
