1. Chole/ chickpeas raw 50 g 2. Oil 10 g 3. Onion 50 g 4. Tomato 100 g 5. Red pepper 6. Turmeric powder 7. Coriander powder 8. Chole masala powder 9. Salt as per taste 10. Cumin seeds
Soak chole overnight. . Boil chole in pressure cooker by adding little salt in to it. . Put oil in a pan, when the oil is heated enough, put cumin seeds. . Add onion, wait till onions get brown. . Add tomatoes. . When tomatoes are cooked well, add all the spices. . When the masala is cooked well, add boiled chicke peas. . Add water and let it cook on medium flame. . When it gets ready, add fresh coriander to garnish.
