Chole - 50 grams
Vegetables- Onion- 1/2 Tomato - 1/2 Cucumber- 1 Green chilly- 1/2
For the dressing- Salt, black pepper, lime juice
Soak chole overnight. Pressure cook it till if softens but is not mushy.
Finely chop all the vegetables.
Transfer chole to a bowl, add chopped vegetables and the ingredients for dressing. Mix it well.
