1 onion 1capsicum 5 grm beans 1 tomato Note.. u can add more veggies like cabbage, carrots and paneer etc.
1 tbs soya sauce 1 tbs vinegar 1 tbs chilli sauce salt and pepper
10 grm peanuts (for crunch or more taste)
soak chunks in water after minutes drain out soya chunks from water
take kadhai on gas and add ghee cut all veggies
add stir fry one by one now add all masalas
and now add soaked soya chunks and peanuts now serve it as u can.
